Getting Kids Into Nature & Out of Stress

Camp Point of View

Too Much Screen Time & Not Enough Green Time = Stressed Out Kids
Our Antidote? The Gamification of Mindfulness + Nature

Off to the woods I go to nourish the mind & feed my soul...

We host "camp" FIVE ways...

Why it Matters

now, more than ever, our kids need help with stress. And connecting to nature.

A typical child in America per week spends less than 40 minutes outdoors but 52 hours using electronics. Research has shown the increase in these trends align with nearly 1 in 3 teenagers now have anxiety.

Children from underserved and disadvantaged communities are particularly vulnerable to the effects of ongoing stress (including excessive screen time and lack of green time)

The lifelong effects of childhood stress are enormous – both for all of the kids that experienced stress but also for society.

Camp POV aims to address these problems, one child at a time.
