DESCRIPTION:Our youth meditation classes aim to meet kids where they are at — helping them learn calming techniques that work in an everyday\, relatable way for them. As a theme\, we usually begin class by telling campfire stories to begin meditation exercises\, immersing kids in nature even if they are indoors. From there we do meditation activities that best suit the kids’ needs.
